As soon as you enter, a spacious open space welcomes you, integrating living room, dining room and kitchen into a single bright and cosy space. The decoration follows a modern and minimalist style, with clean lines, quality materials and an environment designed for comfort and relaxation.
On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms: two of them have an en-suite bathroom, and the third one has a bathroom just next to it. On the upper floor is the fourth bedroom, equipped with two bunk beds, ideal for children or groups of friends. Important: the nearest bathroom for this room is on the lower floor.
The villa has state-of-the-art cold/heat air conditioning in all rooms. It is silent and efficient, providing the perfect temperature throughout the year. Additionally, there is sufficient space to store luggage and personal belongings with total comfort.
Outside, although they do not yet appear in the photos, the villa has a garden furniture set for four people, including a table, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. A Weber barbecue is also included, fully equipped with utensils, perfect for taking advantage of the Mediterranean climate.

Villa Smile has a perfect location. It is 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Malaga airport and 2 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre. The villa las a capacity for 10 people, 180m2 built area, 700m2 plot, its comfortable and very cosy.
It consist of 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning and heating.
The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 140x200 bed, fitted wardrobes, large windows that give a lot of light and a ensuite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom, has two beds of 90 x 200, fitted wardrobe and windows. he third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, fitted wardrobes, fully equipped with a bathtub and it has windows with views of the garden and pool. On the top floor, we can find a large bedroom with 3 beds. One double (140 x 200) and two singles (90 x 200).
On this same floor we can find a large living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV which features Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime. A dining room with a table for 10 people and large windows with access to a beautiful terrace with a table for 6 people overlooking the pool. There is a high speed WIFI connection throughout the house.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants next to the property) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need.
