Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa with a private pool? We have the perfect place for you! Villa Smile is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the town centre with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.
This villa with capacity for 10 people has 180m2 of built surface area, 700m2 of plot, and is comfortable and very cosy.
It has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, we can find a spacious bedroom with 3 beds. A double bed (140 x 200) and two single beds (90 x 200).
The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a 140x200 bed, built-in wardrobes, large windows that provide plenty of light and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, wardrobes and windows. The third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, with built-in wardrobes and windows with views of the garden and pool. Lastly, a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub.
On this same floor we can find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, dining room with a table for 10 diners and large windows with access to a lovely terrace with a table for 6 people with views of the swimming pool.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants near your house), you might want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa Smile has a very practical kitchen.
It has a microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, several kitchen utensils, extractor hood, iron, ironing board and storage area. You won't need anything else!
Villa Smile has a barbecue area, illuminated swimming pool (8 x 4), sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy a good book or simply to rest.

To improve the stay it would be Nice to make it more cosy inside. You could do a lot already with the lights instead of the now white led lights. And I would love a softer bed, but that’s personal I think.

Gracias Lourdes por tu paciencia y amabilidad, y el trato cariñoso con los niños. Una Villa perfecta para 2 familias. Amplia, confortable y práctica, muy buena distribución y todo en funcionamiento . Se agradece el aire acondicionado en toda la estancia, luz externa en todas las habitaciones y baños. Cocina práctica, lo único que revisaría/actualizar el menaje de cocina. Los electrodomésticos perfectos todos: lavavajillas, nevera, horno, lavadora, vitrocerámica En la zona de piscina todo muy bien cuidado y limpio, al igual que la barbacoa, sólo que añadiría alguna iluminación que era escasa en la zona externa. Terraza perfecta. Sin duda la recomendamos y para volver. Gracias Lourdes. |

La ubicación de esta casa es perfecta, está muy cerca del supermercado, muy cerca del centro del pueblo y a 15 minutos en coche de Málaga. La villa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y la piscina es ideal. Volveremos!

This is due to its great location, situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, close to all types of shops and with good access to the town with a short walk. -Bedroom A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, WC, bathtub and shower.
-Bedroom B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower.
-Bedroom C: consists of two single beds of 80x200cm, one single bed of 90x120cm and another single bed of 105x200cm. It has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that is shared with bedroom D.
