VILLA LOS MONTEROS is a high quality property, located in one of the most sought after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the urbanization Los Manantiales. This is due to its great location, being situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, close to all kinds of shops and with good access to the town with a short walk.
Villa Los Monteros detached house is distributed over three floors with the following layout:
GROUND FLOOR
-Kitchen: very spacious and modern kitchen, a perfect space where you can put into practice your best recipes. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. It has many windows that give it a lot of light and brightness. There is also a dining table for up to 5 people with a nice decoration.
-Living room: tastefully designed and quite spacious, it has a large chaiselongue sofa, several armchairs, Full Hd TV and large windows that give access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Very bright and spacious. It also has a fireplace for the winter.
-Toilet : a small toilet on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR
-Bedroom A: a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, toilet, bathtub and shower.
Bedroom B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.
-Bedroom C: consists of two single beds of 80x200cm, a single bed of 90x20cm and another single bed of 105x200cm. It has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and large windows that provide plenty of light. It has access to a bathroom with bathtub that it shares with bedroom D.
-Bedroom D: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm, with windows that provide plenty of light. It has access to a bathroom with bathtub shared with bedroom D.
BASEMENT
- Area with a practical gym to exercise and an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
EXTERIOR
We have a large plot surrounding the entire house, highlighting especially the following areas:
- Garden and pool area, it has hammocks and several rest areas. Ideal for cooling off in summer or at any time of the year for the more adventurous.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal in the open air with a table for up to 8 people.
- Relaxation area with seating and chaise longue.
- Separate cottage with office for work, sofa, air conditioning and bathroom.
There is internet installation and Wifi connection available in the house, as well as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.
