VILLA LOS MONTEROS is a high-quality property, located in one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre, such as the Los Manantiales urbanisation. This is due to its great location, situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, close to all types of shops and with good access to the town with a short walk. There is a bus stop nearby that connects it with Malaga capital.
The independent Villa Los Monteros housing is distributed over three floors with the following layout:
Ground Floor
-Kitchen: very spacious and modern kitchen, a perfect space to put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a combi fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, complete crockery and cutlery. It has many windows that give it quite clarity and brightness. We also find a dining table for up to 5 people with a beautiful decoration.
-Lounge: designed with good taste and quite spacious, it features a large chaise longue-style sofa, several armchairs, Full HD TV and large windows that provide access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Very bright and spacious.
-Toilet: a small toilet for the ground floor.
HIGH FLOOR
-Bedroom A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a spacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, WC, bathtub and shower.
-Bedroom B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower.
-Bedroom C: consists of two single beds of 80x200cm, one single bed of 90x120cm and another single bed of 105x200cm. It has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that is shared with bedroom D.
-Bedroom D: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm, with windows that provide plenty of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that is shared with bedroom C. It has air conditioning.
Basement
- Area that has a practical gym for exercising and a study area to work without fear of being disturbed.
EXTERIOR
We have a large plot surrounding the entire property, highlighting especially the following areas:
- Garden and pool area, has hammocks and various rest areas. Ideal for cooling off in summer or at any time of the year for the most daring.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor meal with a table for up to 8 people.
- Relaxation area with seating and chaise longue.
- Independent small house with office to work, sofa, air conditioning and bathroom.
There is internet installation and WiFi connection available in the accommodation.

Overall the accommodation was very nice and the three bedrooms with beds very comfortable for a good night . The fourth smallest bedroom with 4 beds can be small with 4 beds in it, and is more suitable for children.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa in the Cortijos del Sol urbanisation, located in the picturesque municipality of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the sunny Costa del Sol of Spain! This charming villa is the perfect refuge for up to 10 people and is located just 10-15 minutes from the airport, as well as some of the best beaches in the area. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find two distinct wings. In the left wing, you will discover three elegant and spacious bedrooms, all with double beds. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a complete en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe to satisfy all your storage needs. Additionally, there is a complete bathroom in the hallway for added convenience.
In the right wing, an independent and fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all the appliances and utensils you might need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, an impressive 85-inch Samsung smart TV with international channels, a dining table for 8 people, and large windows offering views of the lush garden. Additionally, in this area, you will find an additional toilet.
The upper floor of the villa houses two cosy bedrooms. One of them features a double bed and a window with panoramic views, while the other is equipped with two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower tray completes this floor, ensuring that all guests have their space and privacy.

Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa with a private pool? We have the perfect place for you! Villa Smile is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the town centre with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.
This villa with capacity for 10 people has 180m2 of built surface area, 700m2 of plot, and is comfortable and very cosy.
It has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, we can find a spacious bedroom with 3 beds. A double bed (140 x 200) and two single beds (90 x 200).
The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a 140x200 bed, built-in wardrobes, large windows that provide plenty of light and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, wardrobes and windows. The third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, with built-in wardrobes and windows with views of the garden and pool. Lastly, a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub.
On this same floor we can find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, dining room with a table for 10 diners and large windows with access to a lovely terrace with a table for 6 people with views of the swimming pool.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants near your house), you might want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa Smile has a very practical kitchen.
