Welcome to our independent two-storey villa in the beautiful Pinos de Alhaurín urbanisation, located in Alhaurín de la Torre! Just 20 minutes from the airport, the charming beaches of Torremolinos and the vibrant city of Málaga, this spacious residence offers a perfect getaway for those seeking comfort and tranquillity.
With 285 square metres of built space on a plot of 1700 square metres, this villa offers a generous garden with a variety of plants and a fabulous swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Andalusian sun. For barbecue lovers, we also have a gas barbecue for those delicious outdoor meals. Additionally, there is space to park the car outdoors on the property.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to prepare your meals, including a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender. We also have a laundry area with a washing machine. The living room is a cosy and independent space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning and a decorative fireplace to add a touch of warmth (although its use is not permitted).
The villa has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and another with a recently renovated shower tray on the upper floor, and an additional toilet on the ground floor for greater comfort, also renovated. Both with a hairdryer. With a total of four bedrooms, (includes pool towels), The first has a double bed and wardrobe, the second with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, the third with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning, and the fourth with a double bed, built-in wardrobe.
It has air conditioning/heating throughout the house.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la piscine et la double terrasse sont un réel plus pour le séjour. Cependant, nous sommes à côté d’un centre de tir et cela peut parfois être perturbant. Je recommande de logement pour une pause déconnectante et profiter d’un vrai lieu de vie au calme.

Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa with a private pool? We have the perfect place for you! Villa Smile is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the town centre with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.
This villa with capacity for 10 people has 180m2 of built surface area, 700m2 of plot, and is comfortable and very cosy.
It has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, we can find a spacious bedroom with 3 beds. A double bed (140 x 200) and two single beds (90 x 200).
The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a 140x200 bed, built-in wardrobes, large windows that provide plenty of light and an en-suite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, wardrobes and windows. The third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, with built-in wardrobes and windows with views of the garden and pool. Lastly, a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub.
On this same floor we can find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, dining room with a table for 10 diners and large windows with access to a lovely terrace with a table for 6 people with views of the swimming pool.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants near your house), you might want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa Smile has a very practical kitchen.
It has a microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, several kitchen utensils, extractor hood, iron, ironing board and storage area. You won't need anything else!
Villa Smile has a barbecue area, illuminated swimming pool (8 x 4), sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy a good book or simply to rest.

Modern accessible villa with 4 bedrooms, minimalist design and equipped outdoor area
Welcome to this newly renovated villa with a modern and minimalist style, ideal for those who value design, functionality, and comfort. Located in a quiet residential area with exclusive access for residents, you will enjoy a safe, private environment free from traffic noise.
The property offers space to comfortably park up to four vehicles on the street, just next to the dwelling, which facilitates the arrival and departure of guests.
The main entrance is adapted with a ramp, and the ground floor has been designed with accessibility in mind, including a room and a bathroom with an extra-wide door, specifically designed for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs.
As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a spacious open area that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen into a single luminous and welcoming space. The decoration follows a modern and minimalist style, with clean lines, quality materials and an environment designed for the comfort and relaxation of the family.
On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms: two of them have an en-suite bathroom, and the third has a bathroom just next door. On the upper floor is the fourth bedroom, equipped with two bunk beds, ideal for children or groups of friends. Important: the nearest bathroom for this room is on the lower floor.
The villa has state-of-the-art cold/heat air conditioning in all rooms. It is silent and efficient, providing the perfect temperature throughout the year. Additionally, there is ample space to store luggage and personal belongings with complete comfort.
