Welcome to our two-story independent villa in the beautiful Pinos de Alhaurín urbanization, located in Alhaurín de la Torre! Just 20 minutes from the airport, the charming beaches of Torremolinos, and the vibrant city of Málaga, this spacious residence offers a perfect getaway for those seeking comfort and tranquility.
With 285 square meters of space built on a 1700 square meter plot, this villa offers a generous garden with a variety of lush plants and a fabulous pool surrounded by 6 comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Andalusian sun. For barbecue enthusiasts, we also have a gas barbecue for those delicious outdoor meals. Additionally, there is space to park two cars outdoors on the property.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. We also have a laundry area with a washing machine. The living room is a cozy and independent space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning, and a decorative fireplace to add a touch of warmth (although its use is not allowed).
The villa has two full bathrooms with bathtub and bidet on the upper floor, and an additional toilet on the ground floor for added convenience. With a total of four bedrooms, we offer a variety of options to accommodate all members of your group. The first one features a double bed and wardrobe, the second one with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, the third one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning, and the fourth one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and access to a private terrace.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la piscine et la double terrasse sont un réel plus pour le séjour. Cependant, nous sommes à côté d’un centre de tir et cela peut parfois être perturbant. Je recommande de logement pour une pause déconnectante et profiter d’un vrai lieu de vie au calme.

VILLA PAZ is a detached and magnificent property recently refurbished, situated in El Lagar Urbanization, considered one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre. This is a great location of total tranquillity and privacy. The village, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately less than 1km from the villa. -LIVING ROOM: tastefully designed and quite spacious, with two large chaise-longue sofas, Full HD TV, air conditioning and large windows that give access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Very bright and spacious. It also has a functional electric fireplace and a reading area with two separate armchairs. There is internet and WIFI connection available throughout the house.
-BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and windows with blinds and blackout curtains.
-BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blinds and blackout curtains.
-BEDROOM C: consists of two 90x200cm single beds plus a bunk bed, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blind and blackout curtains.
-MAIN BATHROOM: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).
-EN-SUITE BATHROOM: in the master bedroom there is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).

Villa Smile has a perfect location. It is 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Malaga airport and 2 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre. The villa las a capacity for 10 people, 180m2 built area, 700m2 plot, its comfortable and very cosy.
It consist of 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning and heating.
The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 140x200 bed, fitted wardrobes, large windows that give a lot of light and a ensuite bathroom, with a shower tray. The second bedroom, has two beds of 90 x 200, fitted wardrobe and windows. he third bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, fitted wardrobes, fully equipped with a bathtub and it has windows with views of the garden and pool. On the top floor, we can find a large bedroom with 3 beds. One double (140 x 200) and two singles (90 x 200).
On this same floor we can find a large living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV which features Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime. A dining room with a table for 10 people and large windows with access to a beautiful terrace with a table for 6 people overlooking the pool. There is a high speed WIFI connection throughout the house.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants next to the property) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Villa Smile has a very practical kitchen. It has a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, oven, various kitchen utensils, extractor fan, iron, ironing board and storage area. You won't need anything else!
Villa Smile has a barbecue area, a non-heated swimming pool open all year round (8 x 4), sun loungers, a beautiful pergola with a dining area and many relaxation areas to enjoy a good book or just to rest.
