This house is located in a residential area called Retamar, very close to the center of Alhaurín de la Torre, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars nearby while being in a quiet environment. Villa Retamar is comfortable and very cozy.
It features 3 bedrooms all situated on one floor, with no stairs, and they are distributed as follows:
The master bedroom, with two joined beds of 90 x 200, is very spacious and bright. It has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with shower, and a window to the terrace. The second bedroom has two joined beds of 90 x 200, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and large windows to the terrace. The third bedroom, with two single beds of 90 x 200 each, has a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a window to the terrace.
The house has a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV, a three-seater sofa, and two very comfortable double sofas.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants next to the house), you may want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen, in particular, is very practical, as it has a microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, extractor hood, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and storage area. You won't need anything else!
Outside, we have garden furniture, a barbecue area, garden, and a small pool for two people, to cool off a bit from the summer heat.

The property sits on a spacious plot and features a two-story main house. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, and a convenient toilet. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms: three with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, for your utmost convenience. The exterior of the house is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
