VILLA MARIA is a luxurious and modern house of recent construction (2019), situated in one of the most luxurious areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the urbanization Pinos de Alhaurín. This is due to its great location, being situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, at the same time it has a good access to the town by a short walk.
It is a detached villa distributed over three floors with the following distribution:
GROUND FLOOR
-KITCHEN: a perfect space where you can put into practice your best recipes. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. Very bright and complete space.
-LIVING ROOM A: very bright and spacious, with two very comfortable sofas, Full HD TV with international channels, central air conditioning and large windows overlooking the garden and pool. Also in this area we find a nice table for lunch time, with capacity for up to 6/8 diners comfortably.
-BATHROOM A: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with WC, washbasin and bathtub.
-BATHROOM B: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
-BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm with wardrobe, central air conditioning and window overlooking the courtyard.
-B BEDROOM B: consists of a 105x200cm single bed with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning and window overlooking the courtyard.
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM C: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM C with shower and access to terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
BEDROOM D: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM D with shower and access to terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
BEDROOM E: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM E with shower and window with view to the outside.
BASEMENT FLOOR
-LIVING ROOM B: we have a large living room with SMART TV, (the use of the fireplace is prohibited) several sofas for 2/3 people and a dining table for up to 8 people (possibility of adding a side table to increase the capacity of diners).
There are sets of tables for children and adults.
-BATHROOM F: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
-BEDROOM D: consists of three single beds of 90x190cm, with centralised air conditioning, wardrobe and window.
-BEDROOM E: consists of three single beds of 90x190cm, with centralised air conditioning, wardrobe and window.
We have a huge terrace that surrounds the whole house with several important areas within it:
- Garden and pool area, where to take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures, or also enjoy a game of ping pong table.
- Barbecue area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food in the open air. Enjoy the best meats prepared in our wood-fired barbecue, (the use of the pizza oven will be prohibited) with a table to enjoy a nice meal outdoors.
PARKING: the house has 5 private parking spaces located in the same plot.
There is a centralised airzone installation for the air conditioning, as well as WIFI connection available in all parts of the house. For the winter there is underfloor heating by means of an aerothermal system, which will keep the house at a good temperature even on the coldest days.
This is a modern, recently built, high quality property, which will delight anyone who wishes to stay there for a few days.
In addition, if necessary, we offer our clients the following optional services:
- Transfer service to and from the airport
