It features 7 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large pool, gardens, and a wide outdoor leisure area with a magnificent outdoor kitchen, two barbecues (charcoal and gas), gas fire, and two additional burners specially designed for paella.

MAIN FLOOR
Very spacious and bright main entrance leading to the rest of the rooms (All with Air Conditioning except the bathroom):
KITCHEN: Independent and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, oven, dishwasher, two washing machines and a dryer, water heater, and a complete set of household items. Table and chairs/armchairs to enjoy breakfasts with capacity for eight people.
LIVING ROOM: Large independent living room with TV with international channels, sofa and comfortable armchairs. Large extendable table to enjoy delicious group meals.
From the living room, access to the outdoor area with the large terrace and sun loungers, gardens and pool.
BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with a double bed of 1.40, built-in wardrobes in the access corridor, and direct exit to the beautiful garden area, pool and sun loungers.

Through the imposing staircase, we access the first floor with the following layout:
MAIN BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has a double bed of 1.60m. TV (Netflix) and a vast dream walk-in wardrobe, in addition to the multiple wardrobes it has. Air Conditioning. Private terrace with armchairs and side table, with marvellous views of the pool and garden area.

Si te quieres mover a Málaga o Torremolinos y Benalmadina necesitas coche o coger un taxi, pero no es lejos ni muy caro. Ana nos ayudo muchisimo con las recomendaciones y fue muy agradable con todos. Lo recomendamos para grandes grupos.

* KITCHEN: on the main floor we find a State-of-the-Art kitchen with the following appliances: 3 ovens, 3 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, induction ceramic cooktop and a microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances which include microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. Enjoy breakfast and lunch while seating at the island with 6 bar stools. A dining table that seats 15 people for dinner with the family is also included in the kitchen area. From the kitchen we have direct access to the garden through 2 large terrace doors.
* LIVING ROOM: a large and bright room with L-shaped sofa for up to 6 people, 85' TV with international channels and several individual armchairs. The fireplace is non-functional due to Safety Regulations
* BEDROOM 1: is the only room in the property that can be accessed without climbing any stairs and is suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. It has a double bed of 150x200, wardrobe, mirror and complete bathroom en-suite.
* BATHROOM: full bathroom with shower stall located on the main floor.
* TOILET: toilet on the main floor located in the entry hall.

* BEDROOM 2: can be considered the main bedroom of the house and consists of 1 double bed 150x200, double sofa, 6 door wardrobe, stand-alone mirror and bathroom en-suite.

VILLA MARIA is a luxurious and modern house of recent construction (2019), situated in one of the most luxurious areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the urbanization Pinos de Alhaurín. This is due to its great location, being situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, at the same time it has a good access to the town by a short walk.
It is a detached villa distributed over three floors with the following distribution:
GROUND FLOOR
-KITCHEN: a perfect space where you can put into practice your best recipes. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. Very bright and complete space.
-LIVING ROOM A: very bright and spacious, with two very comfortable sofas, Full HD TV with international channels, central air conditioning and large windows overlooking the garden and pool. Also in this area we find a nice table for lunch time, with capacity for up to 6/8 diners comfortably.
-BATHROOM A: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with WC, washbasin and bathtub.
-BATHROOM B: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
-BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm with wardrobe, central air conditioning and window overlooking the courtyard.
-BEDROOM B: consists of a 105x200cm single bed with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning and window overlooking the courtyard.
FIRST FLOOR
-BEDROOM C: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM C with shower and access to terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

We have a huge terrace that surrounds the whole house with several important areas within it:
- Garden and pool area, where to take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures, or also enjoy a game of ping pong table.
- Barbecue area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food in the open air. Enjoy the best meats prepared in our wood-fired barbecue, (the use of the pizza oven will be prohibited) with a table to enjoy a nice meal outdoors.
PARKING: the house has 5 private parking spaces located in the same plot.
There is a centralised airzone installation for the air conditioning, as well as WIFI connection available in all parts of the house. For the winter there is underfloor heating by means of an aerothermal system, which will keep the house at a good temperature even on the coldest days.
This is a modern, recently built, high quality property, which will delight anyone who wishes to stay there for a few days.
