Villa Cari is located at Retamar, a tranquil urbanization in Alhaurín de la Torre, less than 10 minutes from: golf course, hospitals, leisure centre, shops, beach and only 15 minutes from Malaga International airport. The villa is approximately 600m2 in size and is built on a 1,000m2 plot. The property consists of 3 floors, divided into main floor, first floor attic and a multi-level basement.
The layout of the villa is as follows:
MAIN FLOOR
* Kitchen: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. It has a large worktop with 1 ceramic cooktop. Amongst the existing appliances there is an oven, extractor hood, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, complete kitchen ware and cutlery. There is direct access to the terrace that overlooks the garden and pool area.
* Living room: spacious room with 3 large sofas and a table with chairs for 2 people. You can enjoy a relaxing time watching the 55-inch Samsung smart TV (with international channels) or reading a book quietly. There is 300MB fibre optic internet connection and WIFI connection available throughout the property, as well as centralised air conditioning in all rooms.
* Bedroom A: is the most accessible bedroom in the villa and has a 150cm double bed with mattress, A/C, blinds and a relaxing armchair where you can enjoy a nice rest while looking at the views of the pool. There is a large built-in wardrobe.
* Bathroom 1: WC, double washbasin, mirror, bathtub and shower stall.
* Dining room: large room with plenty of light and two tables where up to 16 people can eat.
* Vestibule: The entry hall is decorated with several paintings of classic culture and divides the main floor with 4 rooms.
FIRST FLOOR
* Bedroom B: spacious master bedroom with a 180cm double bed, A/C, blinds with access to the terrace and solarium, as well as a relaxing armchair where you can enjoy a pleasant rest while contemplating the views of the swimming pool. There is a large built-in wardrobe.
* Bedroom C: bedroom with two 105cm single beds, A/C and a large wardrobe.
* Bedroom D: bedroom with a double bed of 150cm plus a single bed of 90cm, A/C and a large wardrobe.
* Bedroom E: another main bedroom with 150cm double bed, A/C and 2 wardrobes.
* Bathroom 2: with WC, double washbasin, mirror, bathtub (jacuzzi is non-functional due to Security Regulations) and shower stall.
* Bathroom 3: WC, double washbasin, mirror, bathtub and shower stall.
SECOND FLOOR / ATTIC
* Bedroom F: very spacious room with up to 4 single beds of 90cm, relaxation area with Samsung smart TV with international channels, air conditioning, desk, board games and XBOX Series S video console. This room will delight the youngest members of the family, they won't want to leave.
BASEMENT Multi Level
* This is an optional leisure area that can be set up at no extra cost. It has a squash court, basketball court and relaxation area with minibar.
* Sim Racing GTRsim CENTER room: private room where you will find the best professional racing simulator. You can relax developing your driving skills or generate adrenaline to the max, competing with yourself or with other drivers. Race after race, you will see your progress and you will feel how your skills grow at the wheel of a sports car and therefore, the good sensations. Ask for our prices to activate this additional service.
OUTSIDE
* We have a huge garden that surrounds the whole house and allows views of the mountains and part of the valley. It has several relaxation areas within the terrace.
* Newly constructed swimming pool.
* The Gardner and pool personnel spends one day a week on the maintenance of the garden and pool (with previous notice) to guest.
* The swimming pool has 6 sunbeds for sunbathing and several tables for dining outside.
* Barbecue is located on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
PARKING
* The property does not have parking on the plot, but there is parking available on the street just in front of the front door of the house.
***IMPORTANT: Please note that there will be a separate demarcated part of the site (the garage area) where people will enter and leave the site for the driving simulator service.
