This villa has a capacity for 16 people has 900m2 of built area, 1500m2 of plot, is comfortable and very cozy. Jacuzzi and Fireplaces are NON FUNCTIONAL due to Security and Hygienic Regulations.

It has 8 rooms. On the first floor we can find 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom (with a bed of 180 x 200) is very spacious and bright. It has a large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. It also has a dressing room, air conditioning and heating, and a large terrace overlooking the valley.

The second bedroom, with a bed of 140 x 200, is very bright, has air conditioning and heating, and large windows overlooking a small terrace with views of the mountains. The third bedroom, with a bed of 140 x 200, has fitted wardrobes, large windows leading to a large terrace with views of the valley, air conditioning and heating. The fourth bedroom, with a double bed of 140 x 200, has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, and a balcony with views to the mountains. The fifth bedroom, with a double bed of 150 x 200, has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, and a balcony with views to the mountains.

On the same floor we can find a second fully equipped bathroom, spacious and with a bath.

In the main floor we find a sixth bedroom (with a bed of 140 x 200), with air conditioning and heating, office and library area and big windows with views to the mountains. We also find a seventh bedroom (with four single beds of 90 x 200), with air conditioning and heating, children's area with, board games for children.

On this same floor we can find a large living room, with TV and air conditioning and heating, very bright with large windows with access to the terrace where we can find the ping pong table and chill out area with mountain views.

This beautiful villa has a large hall in which we can see a beautiful staircase that leads to the first floor. We can see the living room, two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.

Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out at one of our many restaurants approximately 1 km from the house. However, you may feel like cooking someday, so it is necessary to have a fully equipped kitchen. In this villa there are two! One is located on the main floor.

It has a microwave, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker both filtered and capsule, toaster, ceramic cooktop, two ovens, kitchen utensils. There is a pantry of storage space. You won't need anything else!!!

In the lower level, we can find the modern second kitchen fully equipped with appliances and a beautiful island that makes it comfortable as it is very close to the pool.
