It is a house of almost 200 m2 in a detached villa, a bright, intimate, quiet and full of greenery. An authentic haven of peace if what you want is to rest and disconnect! 💖

This house is ideal to come with your family or group of friends because it has capacity for 9 people. It has a master bedroom with a beautiful canopy bed of 1.80. The second bedroom, very spacious and bright, has 3 single beds of 90 and the third and last bedroom has a double bed of 1.50.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning, large built-in wardrobes as well as a beautiful dressing room full of mirrors.
The house has two complete bathrooms with modern and sophisticated furniture and they have been tiled with porcelain tiles. The first one is very spacious, bright and has a bathtub in which it will be impossible to resist a relaxing and foamy bath. The second, also very bright, has a large shower tray.
The kitchen of the house is fully equipped. Its furniture is very modern and functional and it has a glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, oven and microwave. It has direct access to the back porch of the house which can also be accessed from the living room. Very comfortable if you decide to have lunch or dinner outside.
The lounge is very spacious and bright as it has large windows overlooking the garden. It has three large sofas, one of them a 1.50m sofa bed, a coffee table and TV. In the dining area we can see a large table for 8 people, shelves full of books and a wood stove ideal for film and blanket evenings.
Outside we have a large porch with different atmospheres and views of the swimming pool. Ideal if you go with children, you can watch them from above while they enjoy themselves in the water.
In the beautiful gardens, full of flowers and plants, we also have a bar and barbecue area and iron, some will not move from there!
As you can see, getting bored in this house is practically impossible. In case you have time to spare, you will also have at your disposal a game of darts and different board games.
The house has internet and a large garage for two vehicles.

You can enjoy a private swimming pool. Total independence and privacy for our tenants.

During the medium/low season the house shares a plot with the owner, although both properties have views to the pool, this is only for the exclusive use of the clients.
(During the months of July and August the house is totally private)
