VILLA AVENDIA is a magnificent property situated in one of the most sought after areas of Mijas, the Buenavista urbanization. This is due to its great location, being situated in an area of total tranquility and privacy, while having the beach just a few minutes drive away.
It is an independent villa, which has a private entrance within the enclosure, sharing the plot with another house where the owner stays, which will give them the greatest possible privacy and intimacy. The house VILLA AVENDIA is distributed on two floors with the following distribution:
MAIN FLOOR
-KITCHEN: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. There is also a beautifully decorated dining table for up to 5 people.
-LIVING ROOM A: tastefully designed and quite spacious, it has two large 3+2 seater sofas, Full HD TV, air conditioning and large windows that give access to a large terrace. Also in the living room we find an outdoor terrace with a nice table for lunch time, with capacity for up to 8 people comfortably.
-BEDROOM A: consists of a king size double bed, with air conditioning.
-BEDROOM B: consists of a king size double bed, with air conditioning.
-BEDROOM C: consists of standard size double bed, with air conditioning.
SECOND FLOOR
-BEDROOM D: consists of standard size double bed, with air conditioning.
-BEDROOM E: consists of two single beds and a double sofa bed, with air conditioning.
-KITCHEN B: another kitchen super well equipped with everything, ideal for downstairs and not having to go upstairs.
OUTSIDE
We have a large plot of 700 square meters with wonderful views, where our guests will enjoy EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the following areas:
- Garden and pool area where to take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on our charcoal barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal in the open air.
There is internet and WIFI connection available in the house, as well as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.
This is a spacious and well-equipped property, which will delight any family wishing to spend a few days of rest.
In addition, if necessary, we offer our clients the following optional services:
- Transfer service to and from the airport
- Taxi pick-up service
- Hiring of chef and live cooking.
- Hiring of local excursions and activities.
