This high-end villa is located only 2 km from Costa del Sol’s best beach. This home is completely refurbished in luxurious style with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The plot of this villa is 1390m2. There is a terrace on the first floor, a covered terrace on the ground floor.

Through the main door, you will enter a spacious hallway with direct access to the beautiful and bright dining area. To the right, you find a fantastic living with big screen TV and all necessary HIFI equipment.

Passing the dining area you have access to the terrace to your right with dining table for 4 and lounge area for 8 persons. The views from the terrace are amazing and surroundings are very peaceful.

The kitchen is a dream for all of those who love cooking. It is a more than a well-fitted kitchen with not less than 2 builds in ovens and a cooker and an America refrigerator/freezer.
From the kitchen, you have access to a little terrace for morning coffees.

On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed 1.80 * 2.00 with semi walk in closets. From this bedroom you have direct access to the ground floor terrace with dining area for 6 persons a garden area with private (heated*) pool, a Jacuzzi and sun beds for absolute relaxation.

The other bedrooms have double beds 180 * 200.

From this garden & pool area, you go further down to a little football field for the small ones to tumble around. The whole premise is a closed area.

The El Rosario area is located 5 km east of Marbella. It is an area where you can experience the life of happy holiday guests though without the noisiness of inner city Marbella/Puerto Banus. These cities are within 7-12 minutes drive, were discotheques, bars, high-end designer shops are widely represented.

Heated pool & Jacuzzi:
Pool heating between 1 October - 31 May. An additional cost of Euro 200 is due upon arrival. Inform the office.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is
Euro 30 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. Ask the office.
