Description
The spacious villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 1 open environmental shower/sink in the 4th bedroom, a private pool and wonderful cosy outdoor area for great holiday pleasure.
The villa is located in a suburb 5 km east of Marbella and located in a family friendly area with supermarket, bakery, some restaurants, tennis club and beauty salon within 1 km from the villa. One of the best beach stretches is less than 2 km. Also within 1200 meters there is a playground for small children. All you need to make your holiday complete.
You enter the plot through an electric gate and the driveway is a bit uphill. Space for 2 cars.
The entrance has a guest toilet and a staircase to the ground level and the first floor.
From the entrance to the right you find the grand living and dining for 6/8 persons. The terrace to the right of the living is covered with movable glass curtains to create a more open area. From here you have panoramic views to the sea and Gibraltar. On this terrace you find a sofa and 2 chairs and a dining area for 6/8 persons.
From the dining area to the left you find a large and fully equipped kitchen with American fridge and Osmosis water filtering system, for pure water directly from the tap, therefore it is not necessary to purchase bottled water. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine.
From the kitchen there is direct access to a terrace with a typical Andalusian dining area for morning tea and breakfast.
The outdoor area is very cosy and has a nice Moroccan style lounge area. There are 8 sun lounges around the pool and 2 round dining tables for 8 persons. The outdoor kitchen has a BBQ, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as it provides cups and plates for dining outside. There is a full size tennis table on the terrace.
In the living there is a staircase to the lower part of the villa where there are 3 bedrooms.
1. The master bedroom is gigantic with a double bed (1.80 * 2.00) and a sofa bed for 2 children (1.40 * 1.80). This bedroom has ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink and direct access to the pool area.
2. The 2nd spacious bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet and has its own access to the pool area.
3. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (1.35 * 1.90) and direct access to a private patio with table and 2 chairs. This bedroom has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The 4th open environmental bedroom is located on the first floor and has 1 double bed and a single bed. The owner has constructed a shower and a sink in this bedroom. The guest toilet from the main entrance is used with this bedroom. From here there are beautiful views to the Mediterranean.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes.
All in all a very nice property with various areas to enjoy a lovely holiday with family and friends.

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. (minimum of Euro 40). Ask the office.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.
Normally Sierra Nevada closes down for skiing first weekend in May.
