Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa for 10 people with lots of privacy in a unique environment? We have the perfect place for you! Casa Paloma is located in a rural and quiet urbanization near Estación de Cártama, on the road that connects with the Technological Park. It has very good communication with Malaga capital.

It has 3 bedrooms. All on one floor, where we can find:
Bedroom A: with double bed of 180 x 200. It has wardrobes, centralized air conditioning, window.
Bedroom B: with double bed of 180 x 200. It has wardrobes, centralized air conditioning, window.
Bedroom C: with double bunk bed for up to 4 people. It has a chest of drawers, central air conditioning, window.
Bathroom A: a bathroom located in the corridor with washbasin, WC and bathtub.
Bathroom B: a bathroom also located in the corridor, with washbasin, WC and shower.
The flat has a living-dining room, with a 65" flat screen Smart TV, two sets of very comfortable sofa beds, and a beautiful dining table in the living room. In addition to large windows providing plenty of light and a functional fireplace for the winter.

Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (there are plenty of restaurants within a few kilometres) you may feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen is very practical.
It has a microwave, fridge and freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and storage area - that's all you need!
The house has a large outdoor terrace with views of the valley and the region. There is a table for 8/10 people and a hammock area for sunbathing. On the other hand, there is a barbecue area in the entrance porch where you can cook outside and a large swimming pool in the garden area. As if that wasn't enough, we have a paved area where the little ones can play, as well as a fun petanque court.

Casa Paloma has a perfect location. It is 5 minutes drive from the centre of Estación de Cártama, where you can find supermarkets, petrol station, chemists, bars and restaurants where good food is served. It is 10 kilometres from Malaga city, 15 kilometres from the beach, 25 kilometres from Marbella, 12 km from Malaga airport, 16 km from Mijas, Ronda 1 hour.
From Tess Vacacional we recommend that, to spend your holidays in Casa Paloma, you should have a car to move around the area. Uber service is also available.

A lovely house. Very comfortable and very secluded. Outside eating area and BBQ excellent. Hosts were excellent. When we had some minor problems they were fixed promptly.
