Description
VILLA OLSSON is a large plot with a two-storey house situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Alhaurín de la Torre, the urbanization Pinos de Alhaurín. This is due to its beautiful views over the valley and the mountains, being located in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, while being only a few minutes away from everything by car.
It is a detached villa distributed over two floors with the following distribution:
FIRST FLOOR
-KITCHEN: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, complete kitchenware and cutlery. There is also a dining table for up to 4 people and a laundry area with a washing machine, storage area and cleaning products.
LIVING ROOM: it is quite spacious, with two 3-seater sofas, 48' Full HD TV, fireplace for the winter, split air conditioning and large windows overlooking the pool. Also in this area we find a nice table to work with the computer. From here we access the backyard and the swimming pool.
-BATHROOM A: in the hall we find a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.
SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm with built-in wardrobe, split air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin, and window overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
B BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed of 140x200cm with built-in wardrobe, split type air conditioning and window overlooking the front yard.
BEDROOM C: consists of a double bed of 140x200cm with built-in wardrobe, split air conditioning and window overlooking the front yard.
BEDROOM D: consists of a bunk bed with double bed underneath and single bed on top with built-in wardrobe, split type air conditioning and window overlooking the garden and pool.
(Possibility of an extra bed in some of the rooms).
OUTSIDE
We have a huge terrace that surrounds the whole house with several independent areas within it:
- Pool area, where to take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures.
- Garden area, where children can enjoy playing without danger of falling.
- Barbecue area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food in the open air. Enjoy the best meats prepared on our wood-fired barbecue or in the traditional style, with a table for up to 6/8 people to enjoy a pleasant meal in the open air.
PARKING: the house has several parking spaces located in the same outdoor plot.
There is WIFI connection available throughout the house, as well as air conditioning on the first and second floors.
A few steps from the house there is a beautiful viewpoint where you can contemplate the best views of the area.
We are talking about a quality property, which will delight anyone who wishes to stay in it for a few days.
In addition, if necessary, we offer our clients the following optional services:
- Transfer service to and from the airport
- Taxi pick-up service
- Hiring of chef and live cooking.
- Hiring of local excursions and activities.

Pasamos el fin de semana con un grupo de amigos y todo fue perfecto. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, realmente espectacular, y el trato con la agencia muy fluido y cordial. Seguro que repetimos :-)
