Description
VILLA AMANECER is a magnificent property situated in one of the most sought after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the urbanization El Lagar. This is due to its great location, being situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, at the same time that it has a good access to the town by taking a short walk.
It is an independent villa, in which there is a private entrance within the enclosure, sharing the plot with another house where the owner stays, which will give them the greatest privacy and intimacy possible. The house VILLA AMANECER is distributed on two floors with the following distribution:
FIRST FLOOR
-KITCHEN: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. There is also a beautifully decorated dining table for up to 6 people.
-LIVING ROOM A: tastefully designed and quite spacious, it has two large 3-seater sofas, 55' Full HD TV, air conditioning with two splits and large windows that give access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Also in the living room we find a nice table for lunch time, with capacity for up to 8 people comfortably.
-BATHROOM A: in the main corridor we find a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower (this bathroom has been recently refurbished).
-BEDROOM A: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm with air conditioning, shelves and window overlooking the front yard and the mountains.
-LIVING ROOM B: we have an additional small living room with another 42" TV, chaise-longue sofa and a work desk.
SECOND FLOOR
-BEDROOM B: consists of a 180x200cm double bed with walk-in wardrobe, 40 inch TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower (recently refurbished) and terrace overlooking the pool, garden and valley.
-BEDROOM C: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and terrace overlooking the pool, garden and valley.
-BEDROOM D: consists of a double bed 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window overlooking the courtyard.
-BEDROOM E: consists of two bunk beds with two 90x200cm beds each, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window overlooking the mountain and the front courtyard.
-BATHROOM B: in the corridor of the second floor we find a bathroom with WC, washbasin, bathtub and window for ventilation.
OUTSIDE
We have a huge plot where our guests will enjoy EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the following areas:
- Garden area and the 9x5mts swimming pool, where to take a dip in summer to alleviate the high temperatures.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on our charcoal barbecue, where you can enjoy a nice meal outdoors.
There is internet and WIFI connection available in the house, as well as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.
We are talking about a spacious and well equipped property, which will delight any family wishing to spend a few days of rest.
In addition, if necessary, we offer our clients the following optional services:
- Transfer service to and from the airport.
- Car rental service.
- Boat rental service.
- Hiring of chef and in-house cooking.
- Hiring of local excursions and activities.
