Welcome to Casa Provenza, an exclusive retreat located in the prestigious Pinos de Alhaurín urbanisation, in Alhaurín de la Torre. This magnificent holiday villa combines comfort, spaciousness and privacy in a privileged location, surrounded by century-old pine trees with wonderful views of the mountain and just a 20-minute drive from the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, the international airport and the vibrant centre of Málaga.
The accommodation features a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes an oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and all the necessary utensils for cooking comfortably during your stay. The dining area invites you to enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends, whilst the living room has two comfortable sofa beds and a television for your moments of rest.
An elegant hallway connects the four rooms of the villa, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms are equipped with two single beds to guarantee maximum comfort. The private bathrooms offer different wellness options, one with a bathtub and another with a shower tray. Additionally, the property has a third complete bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the guests.
One of the most outstanding aspects of Casa Provenza is its complete adaptation for people with reduced mobility. The villa is designed without steps or architectural barriers that hinder access, and all beds are electric and reclining, with remote control for greater comfort.
Recently, a fantastic leisure area has been incorporated in front of the swimming pool, equipped with a modern kitchen, a cosy living room with TV, pool table and two additional sofa beds, creating an ideal space for sharing unforgettable moments.
The villa has high-speed WiFi connection and air conditioning to guarantee maximum comfort throughout the year. Outside, a spacious plot offers a privileged setting with a beautiful private pool, lush gardens and a pleasant gas barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
The property has outdoor parking for one vehicle and a security system with operational cameras on the perimeter of the plot. Access is completely autonomous thanks to a smart lock that facilitates guest arrival. We will request a deposit of 500 EUR, which will be returned one week after your departure, once the villa has been inspected.
Furthermore, at Casa Provenza pets are welcome, so that the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Tal y como le comenté a Lourdes, lo unico que habria que mejorar en la casa es el grifo de una de las duchas, porque salia el agua disparada. Por todo lo demás, ninguna opinión.

Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa 15 minutes from the beach? We have the perfect place for you! Villa El Oasis! It is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.
This spectacular villa with capacity for 12 people has 700m2 of built surface area, 3000m2 of plot, and is comfortable and very cosy.
It has 5 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 3 of them. The first one (with a 140 x 200 bed) and a single bed (90x190cm) is very spacious and bright. It has built-in wardrobes with mirrors, large windows, air conditioning and heating, and a bathroom with a shower tray.
The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 bed, is very bright and offers views of the property's park and the valley. It has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning and heating. The third bedroom (with a 140 x 200 bed) and a single bed 90x190cm has built-in wardrobes and large windows with access to a small balcony.
In this same floor we can find a fully equipped bathroom, spacious and with a shower tray and a toilet. In addition to an office area to be able to work.
It also has a dining room at different levels divided by a beautiful fireplace (only decorative). In the living room area, we find a comfortable sofa, TV, 300 MB fibre internet and an impressive spiral staircase. In the dining area we can find a table for 10 diners. From the living room we access another floor where we will find the other double bedroom with two 140x200 beds with an en-suite bathroom, plus an extra toilet. In addition to large windows with direct access to the large terrace. From there, the views of the garden and the Guadalhorce valley are incredible!
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants near your house), you might want to cook some day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is very practical and modern (renovated in May 2023)
It has a microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and storage area. You won't need anything else!
But that's not all! This same floor, completely open, features a second very well-equipped kitchen (beer tap not available), toilet and bathroom with shower tray, living room with a very comfortable sofa overlooking the pool, gym and laundry room with iron and ironing board.
We also thought about older people who cannot climb stairs and for them, you can find a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) with an en-suite bathroom with shower tray, without needing to go upstairs.
The property has private parking within the property but outdoors, for multiple cars.

VILLA RIO NILO is a beautiful residence located in one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre, such as the Los Manantiales urbanisation. This is due to its excellent location, situated in an area of complete tranquillity and privacy, whilst also having good access to the town with just a short walk.
It is a detached chalet distributed over three floors with the following distribution:
GROUND FLOOR
-KITCHEN: a perfect space to put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a combi fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware and cutlery. We also have a dining table for up to 6 people
-LOUNGE A: designed with good taste and quite spacious, it features a 6-seater corner sofa, 42' Full HD TV, fireplace for winter, centralised air conditioning and large windows with views of the garden and pool. Additionally, in this area we find a lovely dining table for mealtimes, with capacity for up to 8 guests comfortably.
-BATHROOM A: consists of a complete bathroom with a shower tray.
-TOILET A: in the main corridor we find a toilet that has a WC and washbasin.
BEDROOM A: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm with built-in wardrobe, 32-inch TV, centralised air conditioning, fan and window with garden view.
BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm with built-in wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and window with garden view.
SECOND FLOOR
-BEDROOM C: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm with built-in wardrobe, 40-inch TV, centralised air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub and window with a view of the garden and valley.
