Splendid house with private pool and views of the Sierra de Alhaurín. Very quiet and considerate residential area.
The city of Alhaurin de la Torre offers all the necessary services, pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets, bars just 500 meters from the property.
Also the house is located 7 minutes by car from the beaches of Torremolinos and its also golf course, Guadalhorce, Lauro Golf and Benalmadena, 15 minutes from Malaga Center, 10 minutes from the airport.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and bathroom en suite, bathtub, private terrace. A second bedroom with single bed 90x200cm. A third bedroom with double bed 140x200cm.
In addition to 3 bedrooms, the upper floor has another bathroom with bath.
On the main floor there is a large kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker...
In the living room you can find a plasma TV with Netflix, wifi, fireplace for winter nights.
The house has air conditioning and heating.
All bathrooms offer towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper.
Space outside:
An enclosed garden with trees surrounds the property. A totally private swimming pool for you. A large area with terrace and pergola to eat with family friends, overlooking the pool, perfect to take a look at the children while they play.
We have a charcoal barbecue, a griddle for cooking outside (gas included).
Parking accessible on the street without any problem.
In addition, if necessary, we offer our clients the following optional services:
- Transfer service to and from the airport
- Taxi pick-up service
- Hiring of chef and live cooking.
- Hiring of local excursions and activities.

This house was just what we needed for a few quiet days to relax. It has all the basics covered, even the kitchen was stocked with some staples for cooking. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived, and communication prior to arrival to coordinsee more

Everything was extremely clean when we arrived, and communication prior to arrival to coordinate timing and location were clear and reliable. My only complaint is the check-in/out timing: 4pm check-in (which ended up being a little earlier, as soon as the place was cleaned for us - thank you for that!) and 10am check-out isn't ideal. To be fair, this also is clearly stated in the conditions. Overall a nice place for our family to spend a few days!
