Villa La Favorita is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while residing in a quiet environment.

This villa is Andalusian style, with capacity for 20 people, it has more than 1000m2 of constructed area, with 3000m2 of plot, it is comfortable, with a lot of privacy and very cozy.

The property has a total of 9 bedrooms. On the first floor, we find 5 bedrooms. The first (with two 90 x 200 beds) very spacious and bright and has built-in wardrobes.

The second bedroom has a 140 x 200 bed, has plenty of natural sunlight coming thru the large windows allowing for views of garden and valley. The bedroom has built-in wardrobes with. The third bedroom (with a 160 x 200 bed) has built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and the mountains.

The fourth bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, built-in wardrobes and windows with views of the garden and the mountains.

Finally, the master bedroom (with a 180 x 200 bed) has built-in wardrobes, large windows with a terrace overlooking the pool, garden and valley, and an en-suite bathroom complete with shower and jacuzzi bathtub. (Jacuzzi is NON-FUNCTIONAL due to Safety and Hygienic Regulations).

On this same floor we can find two fully equipped bathrooms, with a bathtub and a shower stall.

A large square-shaped hallway, with large windows with access to a small terrace with views of the indoor Andalusian courtyard, garden and the mountains.

The main floor consists of two double bedrooms with two 140 x 200 beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and screen for showering. A bathroom with a shower, a living room with 2 very spacious and very comfortable sofas, 2 very comfortable designer armchairs, a decorative fireplace, a 65' 4K Smart TV, a sound system with speakers inside and outside the house, a dining table. billiards, air conditioning with heating and a large table for 20 people.

The living room also has large windows with access to the large terrace. In it we can find a table for 20 people and a beautiful staircase direct to the garden and pool.

Although we know that during your vacation you like to eat or dine out, someday you may feel like cooking, which is why it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is large and practical.



It has a microwave oven, American refrigerator, 2 filter coffee makers, 2 toasters, ceramic hob, oven, various kitchen utensils, cooking griddle, extractor fan, air conditioning and plenty of storage area. In addition to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a second refrigerator with freezer, 1 freezer, iron, ironing board and storage area. You won't need more!



On this same floor we can find a large Andalusian patio with a water fountain, built-in wardrobes and a beautiful staircase with a large mirror that leads us to the first floor and lower level.

On the lower level, we can find two double bedrooms with a 140 x 200 bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a shower screen. A bathroom with a shower, a living room with two comfortable sofas, a table football, darts and a large bar area.

Villa La Favorita has a barbecue area in the garden, a large 14m x 7m illuminated pool with a diving board, 14 hammocks, tables and chairs next to the pool with spectacular views of the Guadalhorce Valley, parking inside the property, a large garden, tennis court (night light not available), children's area.
