Do you want to enjoy a beautiful terraced house with a community pool? We have the perfect place for you! Playamar Beach Liszt is located on Benyamina Avenue in Torremolinos, very close to the beach and businesses such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars, while being in a quiet environment.
This house has capacity for 8 people. It is comfortable, with plenty of space and very welcoming.
The dwelling is located on three floors with the following layout:
GROUND FLOOR
- Kitchen-diner fully furnished and equipped with all types of appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker... as well as all the cutlery and crockery necessary for the stay.
- Spacious living room with fireplace, TV, corner sofa and several armchairs, air conditioning.
- Toilet with WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom A with two single beds-80 and air conditioning.
- Interior patio with small table and several chairs.
- Entrance porch with several armchairs and table ideal for appetisers.
FIRST FLOOR
- Bedroom B with double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower tray, WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom C with double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
- Bedroom D with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with shower tray, bidet, WC and washbasin.
SECOND FLOOR
- Laundry area with washing machine and cleaning products.
- Spacious solarium with sunbeds for sunbathing and barbecue area with dining table and views of the garden and swimming pool.
EXTERIORS
- Communal swimming pool with garden. The pool is not open all year round, it will remain closed during the winter months (from October to June inclusive)

La estancia fue muy buena, el trato de la empresa fue exquisita, se nos rompió el aire y no tardaron ni 2 horas en venir arreglarlo. Nos dijeron sitios de ir, necesitábamos coche para alquilar y nos ayudaron a ello.
