Beautiful semi-detached villa typical of Andalusia with private pool, spacious and bright, situated in a private residential area in the beautiful village of Alhaurín de la Torre.
The property is situated on a hillside, so the panoramic views are unbeatable to the interior of the province, from East to West, from Sierra de las Nieves (Malaga) to Sierra Nevada (Granada).
The location of the property has an excellent communication, only a few minutes drive from: Malaga Airport, Beaches, Golf Courses and Commercial and Leisure Parks.
It is also only a few minutes from the centre of Malaga.
THE PROPERTY
It is distributed in total in four floors. The first two are the host's art and architecture STUDIO WORKSHOP (totally independent) and the two upper ones are the part of the guest house, distributed as follows:
Ground floor housing:
Entrance area, toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen, desk and stairs to the upper floor.
Upper floor housing:
Distributor.
Bedroom Suite "Picasso" with bathroom, wardrobes, desk and balcony overlooking the Guadalhorce Valley.
Double bedroom "Chillida" with wardrobe, desk and window overlooking the private pool.
Additional double bedroom.
Shared bathroom.
INSIDE THE PLOT
The outside areas of the house are varied, being perfectly distributed in terraces, where you can work, enjoy or relax.
There is a terrace with a PRIVATE POOL with armchairs, chairs and parasol. Barbecue terrace fully furnished with table and chairs, sink. Terrace at living level with space to relax or work outside with table and chairs, terrace with trees (centenary olive trees), bushes and armchairs. Viewing terrace with panoramic views and fruit trees.
Free parking is available on the street.
We have at the entrance of the urbanization of urban bus stops, with connection to the village and Malaga city, every 30 minutes approximately. Taxi service is also available.
To make the best use of your experience and your time, it is advisable to have a private or rented vehicle.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure

A absolutely lovely house and excellent service by the family. The house is app 20 min away from the beach and 10min to a big supermarket but thats about the only downside. I can strongly recommend a stay.
