Description
Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa for 8 people with lots of privacy? We have the perfect place for you! Casa Mestanza is located in a rural area of Alhaurín de la Torre, just a stone's throw from the exit to the motorway that connects to all directions.
This house with capacity for 8 people is comfortable and very cosy.
It has 3 bedrooms. All on one floor, where we can find:
-Bedroom A: with a double bed of 140 x 200 and an additional extra bed. It has wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net.
-Bedroom B: with two single beds of 90 x 200. It has wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito repellent device.
Bedroom C: with a king size double bed of 150 x 200. It has wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fan and anti-mosquito device.
There are two complete bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and a shower in the pool area.
The house has a living-dining room, with TV, a very comfortable sofa bed, and a beautiful dining table. It also has large windows providing a lot of light.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants a few km away) you may feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen is very practical.
It has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, capsule and regular coffee machine, kettle, gas hob, oven, cooking utensils and storage area - that's all you need!
The house has a large outdoor terrace with views of the mountains and the valley. There is a table for 6 people and a hammock area for sunbathing. On the other hand, there is a barbecue area where you can cook outside, and a large swimming pool next to a garden area.

It is 3 kilometres from the Lauro Golf Club, 7 kilometres from the beach, 40 kilometres from Marbella, 4 km from Malaga airport, 28 km from Mijas, Ronda 1 hour.
