This 3 bedroom flat is a place to enjoy family life, located 50 metres from the beach in Valle Niza, a coastal town in the municipality of Velez Malaga situated 3 km east of Benajarafe in the province of Malaga.
The municipality of Velez is a fully consolidated area, which offers countless opportunities for leisure and services, such as large avenues and green areas, health centres, sports areas, supermarkets and restaurants, which will make you have everything at your fingertips.
It also has an unbeatable location; with direct access to the Carretera de Almeria N-340, and is within walking distance of several bus stops.

- TERRACE: from the living room there is access to a large terrace with beautiful views and which has a table for outdoor dining, parasol, barbecue, sunbeds for sunbathing and views of the communal area with the sea in the background. It should be noted that although it is not yet visible in the photo, this terrace will be covered (from the beginning of July) with artificial grass for the comfort of the guests.
