GREAT PENTHOUSE NEAR BEACH
This spacious and bright 3 bedroom penthouse has the most amazing views from its terrace and less than 5 km drive to the nearest beach.
The spacious living and large adjoining terrace is located towards south, resulting in sun the entire day and has grand views to both the Mediterranean and the mountains. The urbanization is situated in an uphill postion. Experience tranquillity though not too far from the buzzing life and holiday fun.
The penthouse has a spacious and bright living, an open kitchen environment with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
When you enter the property a hallway gives access to the living and kitchen on your right and all 3 bedrooms/bathrooms to your left. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet, bidet and double sink. There are 2 other bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.
The lounge area in the living has a corner sofa, to relaxing arm chairs and a dining area for 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen has a very modern finish with all necessary features installed.
All bedrooms have double beds.
The master bedroom is located towards north and has its own terrace aswell as a walk in closet and a bathroom ensuite with floor heating, a bath tub, toilet, bidet, double sink and shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with large built in closet.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with large built in closet.
The 2. and 3. bathroom have a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The urbanization has 2 pool areas. 1 with large pool and childrens pool and a separate area with a smaller swimming pool.
When you drive down the hill towards the beach and walk towards west where you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Hippopotamos beach bar, Bono’s Beach or South Beach or one of the various Spanish restaurants. Some do have live entertainment throughout summer holidays.
Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 7 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbor of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants are presented.
Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. Ask the office.
