This flat is located next to the Fuengirola promenade (Paseo Maritimo) which is approximately 30 meters from the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. The Paseo Marítimo, is ideal for a nice walk at sunset in a beautiful area surrounded by palm trees, flowers, benches and beautiful lampposts contemplating in the distance the magnificent marina with good pleasure boats and some yachts on a long walk along the wonderful Costa del Sol in Fuengirola. The Paseo Marítimo, has many chiringuitos (beach bars) which are literally on your doorstep, where you can relax and try the famous espetos de sardinas (sardine skewers).
The flat can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 110 m2 of constructed surface and is comfortable and very cosy. It is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and hot/ cold air-conditioning and the other two bedrooms have two single beds and air-conditioning.
It has a nice size living room with a sofa and several armchairs, TV, air conditioning and large windows with exit to the terrace with breath taking views of the sea and the promenade.
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants next to the house) you may feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen is very practical and has all of the essentials needed for cooking and dining indoors.
