Beautiful farmhouse in a quiet area 1h30 from Paris, come and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. 30 minutes from Troyes Auxerre and Sens. This farmhouse has been completely reformed with taste and includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and games for the children.
Cortijo including a small flat of 80m² totally reformed in 2017.
The swimming pool is not heated but keeps the temperature perfectly thanks to its shelter, barbecue.
The youngest will be able to enjoy a large garden area with different games, slides and trampoline.....
The flat is perfectly equipped with a kitchen open to the living room, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee senseo, kettle.
You will also find a double bedroom en suite with bathroom, shower, washing machine, dryer.
In the same room, there is a small individual sofa that you can transform into a bed.
A baby bed can be provided.
The living room is equipped with a large dining table, a television, but also a second room type mezzanine where there is a double bed.
It is a pleasure for my husband and you to welcome you to the area.
